Step-by-Step Process for Applying
We developed a process to let you know exactly where you will be living and who your roommate will be.
Transfer students who commit to QU and pay their deposit by February 1 (for the following fall), are eligible to participate in the spring housing selection process with our returning students. Depending on the amount of credits a transfer student is bringing in, the spring housing selection process is the best option for transfer students looking to reside in a campus house or apartment area (SLC or Woods Hall), as these spaces are typically filled once housing selection is completed. Once the apartment and campus houses are filled, transfer students are assigned to available single rooms in Padua Hall (men and women) or Garner Hall (women).
Step 1
Our housing application process and roommate selection process is entirely online. You'll receive application links and information through your QU email.
Step 2
After you've applied and listed your preferences, we will do our best to place you in the building requested.
Step 3
You will then receive an email that lists your housing along with any roommates for that space.
